Hello there, have you ever wondered why sometimes you can walk into a room & you can feel the atmosphere?
We say things like “you could have cut the atmosphere with a knife” That is the vibration you can feel the negative energy that has been created. On other occasions you can feel light & energised especially around young children & animals. The energy is uplifted the Vibration is on a higher level & you pick up on it.
Becoming aware of your vibration — and the levels of what surrounds you — allows you to seek opportunities to raise your vibration level. Meaning that you can help manifest your own positivity, light, and love.
You must have heard that what you offer to the world will return back to you. So if you put out negative thoughts all the time negative things just keep happening, like your car keeps breaking down. Things just don,t go your way your boss sacks you out of the blue! you know what I am getting at. You just keep attracting negative things into your life because you are on a low frequency.

The Law of the universe says you are responsible for your life so to manifest change you need to direct your emotions & thoughts. This can be difficult though obviously, but if you listen to frequency sounds & music you can change your mood from feeling depressed to uplifted. I love listening to a range of Frequency music & sounds It makes me feel happy content & at one with the laws of the universe.

This is true we are all vibration & all around us everywhere. You feel it all the time. Everything in the universe is made up of molecules vibrating at different speeds. This includes trees, us, rocks, animals, thoughts, and emotions. Human vibrations are composed of everything from physical matter to the way you communicate the thoughts you think. So simply put, some molecules vibrate faster and some vibrate slower; there are higher vibrations and lower vibrations.
One way to raise your vibration is to show GRATITUDE showing gratitude for all the good things you have in your life right now will make you feel good. You can,t be angry or down if you look into yourself, & be thankful for all the good things about your life.look outside & focus on a flower or an enormous tree that is beautiful & strong, or your pet or wonderful children you have. Be grateful that you are living another day & you wake up everyday in your warm cosy bed.
Take a nap.
Lack of sleep can lower your vibrational level quickly. It can make you grumpy, irritable, and impatient.I love A quick nap it quickly shifts you up the vibrational scale so that you’re more aligned with manifesting your dreams.
THINK POSITIVE THOUGHTS
Have you heard of ‘what you think about, you become’ every thought you think about creates your future. So if you are pessimistic worry all the time, listen to the news everyday, or surround yourself with Toxic people.
You are lowering your Vibration. This negative energy can make you feel drained & heavy. Be diligent about the thoughts you give attention to. Did you know it only takes 17 seconds for a thought to attract another thought, so be careful what you put your attention on! so push away negative energy & concentrate on what you are thinking about.
Just as negative energy attracts negative energy so it works the other way as well. So choose positive thoughts listen to people that are upbeat sit in the park listen to the birds, go for a walk. surround yourself with positive vibes listen to classical music or Brainwave music!
Spend time in nature.
Nature has a very high vibration. Walk around in your garden or outside in the countryside, or on the beach barefoot so you can feel the eath beneath your feet. We become part of the process called “earthing”. Earthing allows our bodies to recieve a charge of beneficial energy fast. Humans used to live in nature but most of us live in cities & towns some people actually dislike the countryside! They don,t like it if a bird flies near them or a bug may land on them. This is so sad & just shows how conditioned we have become, with our lifestyles we live. When surrounded by nature our ego starts to dissolve our low frequencies start to dissipate, and we raise our vibration.
Let go & become a child again. Have you ever watched how they can just sit & play for hours using there imaginations making up games.
I used to love doing that when I was a child my sister & me. We used to make up games with our dolls for hours & hours! & when we played outside we used to make up games with our friends.
Go & sit on a swing like when you were a kid remember how much fun it used to be flying through the air going higher & higher!. Feel the pleasure in all the little things, the blooming flowers, random smiles from strangers, sunsets or just gazing up at the sky, making pictures out of the clouds!
Homing in on the little things will help keep you in a positive state & allows your vibration to rise.

You must stop talking about what you don,t have. Stop talking about how you are not good enough put up positive posts around your home, notes to yourself, to believe in yourself. I have a note opposite my bed so every morning when I awake, it is there in front of me.
Saying “BELIEVE IN YOURSELF SUE”. It is easy to keep putting ourselves down, but you must stop complaining about your life, you are the only one who can change it. You chose your life to begin with. Stop making excuse’s stop blaming other people,
You must take control of your life. Change things if you don,t like your life. Do one small thing everyday, to take back control, If you are in a situation you feel is beyond your control, stop look around you,
look at just one small thing you could change today, that will in the long run make a massive differance to your future self. Wether that is just showing gratitude for what you already have, or if your business is failing reaching out to someone who could help turn things around. Talking to a close friend about a problem you are having in your relationships.
Blow some bubbles.
Remember all the fun, silly things you did as a child? Remember how much fun you had simply from blowing bubbles? Something so easy and inexpensive works just as well to raise your vibration now that you’re an adult. So much fun!

Read inspiring quotes. Quotes are a great reminder of not only how the Law of Attraction works, but to appreciate the important things in life. They can help you feel better, make you smile, make you laugh or make you think… Here are a couple from my own quote collection.
Hugs get oxytocin flowing in your body. They calm your nervous system, lower your stress levels, boost your immune system, improve your heart health and make you feel better. Hug your spouse, your children, your friends, your family members, your pets…your teddy bear even!
Compliment a stranger.
Have you ever seen someone walking down the street or in a shop, pub, restaurant, who looks great in that colour they are wearing, or there hair looks amazing! I love long hair, & I have gone up to someone before & said to them that I love there hair or the clothes they are wearing.
You can make someones day by doing this, Saying something nice to someone without expecting anything in return shifts your vibration from “I want” to “I appreciate.” Being kind automatically raises your vibration.
Do You Really Love Yourself?
Learn to love yourself, listen to your body & soul, make time for yourself to relax. Get enough sleep & exercise. Respect your boundaries & values. you must except your worst self just as you except your best self. Be your own best friend, Because remember my dear friend the only thing you have control of in the end is you! there is an African proverb that reads: “when there is no enemy within, the enemy outside can do you no harm.”
Do you want to discover how to cultivate a deep sense of love for yourself? Do you long to radiate confidence and security in your life? It is so easy to fall into the trap of self-doubt, procrastination and negativity. Once we start comparing ourselves to others we find it even harder to find self love.
when you love yourself & completly except yourself for who you are, you begin to love & except others as well. This then allows you to let go of negative emotions & thoughts, such as jealously, resentment, hatred, anger, & manipulation, helping you become your better self.
It is not selfish to love yourself first, it is essential, and we’re not talking about arrogance or telling people how awesome you are! We’re talking about accepting yourself on a deep human level and treating yourself with respect.

The Science Bit
So What about the Science bit I hear you say well lets try to keep this as simple as possible So that Ican even understand it!
This is what it is called If you’re amongst those that have heard about this before but don’t know what it is or how it works, I don’t blame you. Google this and you’ll get a complicated scientific explanation.
You’ll learn about frequencies and brainwaves and how the brain works and many other things that make your head spin. I’m surprised that you aren’t required to have a PhD to learn about brainwave entrainment.
The simple term for brainwave entrainment is that you use certain tools or technologies (like binaural beats, isochronic tones or meditation machines) to alter your brain waves, for the purpose of changing the way you feel.
Brainwave Entrainment in short just means to use frequencies to change the way you feel. Differant frequencies make you feel differently.
Example: if you are stressed and uptight a lot, brain wave entrainment would allow you to slow your brain down and operate from a more chilled-out perspective.
Another Example would be that sometimes when you are stuck for ideas or you just don,t know how to sort out a problem [BE] can be beneficial to helping you & come up with solutions to the problems you are facing.
If you are angry or frustrated it can calm you down & put you in a more chilled out state.

There is so much information out there about this subject that Icould go on for ever writing about it you just need to find out for yourself how powerful this is I have been studying & applying Affirmations, Gratitude & frequencies to my own life for quite some time now.
It does work & when you start concentrating on what you think about it is easy to see how you can start controlling those negative thoughts, the key is to love yourself & forgive yourself. We all make mistakes. But remember at the end of the day the only person you are really responsible for is yourself!
